The path into tech isn’t always a straight line—it’s full of unexpected turns, career shifts, and new opportunities. For women, adaptability is often key to navigating these changes. Join us for a panel discussion with three inspiring women from adviso, who have each carved unique paths in the industry:

Camilla English – Director, Data & Customer Experience, has been a marketing leader with 15+ years of global experience in data-driven, consumer-focused strategies. At adviso, she leads Customer Experience and Insights, helping Canadian brands connect smarter. Previously, as Head of Loyalty at adidas Europe, she launched adiClub in 16 countries, boosting engagement and sales. An entrepreneurial thinker, she unites teams to drive results.

Johanie Vigneault – Senior Data and Intelligence Analyst at adviso, has navigated a unique path from actuarial science to event planning, then creative entrepreneurship, before returning to her mathematical roots—now blending data, marketing and analytics to drive insights.

Kausar Mussa – Data Platform Integrator, with a background in telecommunications and data integration, she discovered her passion for tech during an internship. Currently pursuing a Computer Science degree, she is committed to enhancing customer experience, optimizing operations, and finding innovative solutions.


Together, they’ll share their experiences, challenges, and insights on breaking into tech, navigating career changes, and finding success in unexpected places.
